I went in here by chance last week, ordered "whatever you recommend" and ended up drinking a cafe de olla that is on my mind daily. I don't even drink iced coffee and I couldn't stop thinking about this drink, already went back for another. So so so good!! Don't miss it .
I have been visiting Xolo every week and would like to share my overall experience. The place has a great atmosphere, with a beautiful ofrenda that greets you as you walk in and amazing local artwork on the walls. My favorite drink is the Accuar Morena coffee, which has a more complex brown sugar flavor. Other great choices include the Pistachio latte and the Cafe de O?. If you're in the area, I highly recommend you stop by and try them out. However, it's not a place for a quick in-and-out coffee, so be prepared to wait, especially on weekends. Another downside is that they tend to run out of my favorite drinks regularly.Dietary restrictions: Oat milk, Almond milk options

This place is awesome! Randomly found them on my drive home and really glad I did. The coffee is super balanced and creamy. I had their iced americano with a little oat milk. High quality coffee with a super chill vibe. They source Mexican coffee brewed in Paris. Service was great. Would highly recommend!

Such a badass concept! The owner also tattoos in the suit next door when he's not whipping up some coffee. The pistachio syrup is made 100% from scratch in house! The one downfall is that they only serve size 16oz, wish they had 20oz of the yummy liquid lol I love the aesthetics of Mexican culture decorated through out the cafe. Just found a new favorite coffee shop for pistachio espresso! You can believe I will be back again!
