This new reimagined restaurant is located inside The Camby Hotel. Parking is by valet. The cuisine is noted to be flavors of the Southwest and has influences from Mexico, Arizona and New Mexico. Our party of 4 did not venture far into the menu as we each had the tomahawk pork chop! It was grilled perfectly and sits on a tomatillo sauce with a side of sweet potato hash. I added a side of tomatillo jam which is served with the signature corn bread. Don't pass up the cornbread!...
