If you want to know what it looks like for a business to be mad customers are there go here. Horrible customer service. Good was good however cashier attitude was unacceptable. They were understaffed so maybe she was frustrated because they messed up someone’s order. However, that is not my problem.

I just ordered two bowls all to sit down and take my first bite and start choking

Once I was able to cough up what I needed too I ended up finding pieces of shared metal in my bowl

Inspect your food before serving !!!!!

Called for help on a DoorDash order. The girl who answered the phone told me they can’t do anything to assist. I lost over 50$.

We came here with our toddler. She just got released from the emergency room where we stayed at for hours and I was craving Asian food around my neighborhood and thought of yogis instead of panda and it was still within the hours of operation. They had probably half of the staff behind the counter and they told us that they can’t serve us anymore because they were closing this was within the hour… not 15mins closing… it was a little less than an hour before closing and they refused us to eat in.
It was weird to be welcomed in, with some staff watch you look at the menu only to be told that they can’t serve you.

Madness.

Worst chicken Katsu I’ve had in my life. Over cooked, under seasoned and no garnish or anything. Wildly overpriced for scraps. Absolute trash service, unfriendly staff. I want a refund. Absolute garbage experience. There were bugs in the establishment as well… I didn’t even finish the food we literally took a few bites and threw it away.

I went here yesterday with my friends and the food was fine and all, got my usual California roll but to my unfortunate surprise- the womens restroom was absolutely disgusting- it had a horrible smell and everything was all over the place. I look over at the employee and he just had his airbuds in with not a care in the world.Never coming again.

Ordered tempura, and it was not cooked. Veggies were hard, so I wasn't able to eat my tempura.

Yogi’s never disappoints. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. The staff was polite and worked fast even with a few people ahead of me. The teriyaki was flavorful, not dry or overly salty, and the veggies were cooked just right. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions were solid. It’s an easy go-to when you want something fast that still feels like real food.

We got a beef and chicken teriyaki bowl.
We absolutely did not enjoy the beef at all, very chewy and fatty, that stringy kind of meat. It's not worth choking. Chicken was good with and without sauce.
The rice was the typical sticky rice you'd get anywhere. We'd have preferred a bit more teriyaki sauce to help combat the dryness, but that's 👌. Rice was still decent. I mean, it's rice. I could eat it all day lol

I visited Yogis Grill located at 3121 W Peoria Ave #105, Phoenix, AZ 85029 while waiting for a customer meeting about his sushi restaurant. Although our meeting was scheduled for 3:30 PM, I arrived early at 12:00 PM and decided to grab a bite since I was hungry. With many dining options in the area, I chose Yogis Grill because it was within walking distance from Starbucks, and I didn't feel like driving.

I ordered the Beef Lunch Bowl for $11 and opted to upsize it. The rice was quite good, but I found the beef and sauce to be just average.

On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience.
