The food is ok. The lady at the counter was helpful recommending meal options. But once we got to the drink part it’s when I wondered why in the world I am consuming from a poor and mediocre run management restaurant. Even though I paid a bottle of coke from their fridge, they refused to provide me a normal sized cup to pour out my drink. The worse part was when I observed one of their employees paying for their own fountain drink. That is absolutely a disgrace that the management can not even provide a free drink to their employees. Very sad. I said kinda joking to the lady at the counter that I would not come back to eat here. She replied: “It’s a personal decision if you come back or not”. Obviously, she did not care at all to gain/loose one more customer.

The food was excellent—flavorful and well-prepared. While the portion sizes felt a bit small for the price, the overall experience was positive. The staff, especially Melanie, were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome.

Everyone said it was like teriyaki madness it is not! You can taste the stale in the beef and the sauce is weird not like any Seattle teriyaki. It’s mediocre for some az teriyaki. Think I’ll hit up the Pho spot next door instead though at least it’s fresh.

I order the same exact things every time I come here but they gave me something I would never order and then tried to tell me I ordered it. Wasn't worth arguing so I just left with the wrong order. Won't be going back, Have had poor service too many times here. Only came back cause Tempe eats location closed and now missing that location even more now.

The staff was rude an the sushi tasted like dish soap!! I love yogis but after this I'm never coming back here again! Definitely a waste of my time an money.
Do not waste your money because they definitely wasted my hard earned cash.
I 100% do not recommend coming here. I am so disappointed. I came here to treat myself and there is no signage saying there is eel sauce on the rolls. I would have asked for it to be removed if I knew. The girl told me to call the district manager who didn't pick up. I called three times, left two voicemails and sent an email.
I spent $12 I don't have on a roll that I told them to throw away because I won't eat it if it's soaked and eel sauce.
I looked online when I got it to make sure that it didn't say it when I was inside ordering that it had eel sauce on it, but it does not say that it is coated in it when you receive it.
I took screenshots. She even said she thought that the sign inside and online needed to advertise that they put eel sauce on the final product.
I'm still waiting for the manager to get back to me but I'm sitting in my car outside of the restaurant waiting. I just wanted to have lunch. This absolutely ruined my day. I don't have money to spend, and I chose to spend it here and was totally shafted.
Edit: I received an email from the district manager with no positive resolution. I just wasted $12 at this location received no roll or refund. Shady and selfish of Yogis District Manager.
I have autism and ADHD. I think it's fair to say that if it's not physically written on a sign, I (other customers) shouldn't be penalized for their mistakes. Sure, apparently by their standards the roll was made correctly, however, how am I supposed to know if it has eel sauce or not if it doesn't physically say? I was looking at the small menu pamphlet that is a piece of paper inside the store as I drove by on a whim. District manager sent a screenshot through email claiming that's what I ordered so that's what I got. There are so many photos on the paper menu and based on the photo district manager sent, it still wasn't a photo I would have seen when ordering. So his or her snarky reply can sit on a cactus. The pamphlet is crammed with words and photos and not all of them align with the actual product.
I'm extremely disappointed that this is how they decided to handle customer service. I just want to eat lunch after a long morning.
Vegetarian options: They put eel sauce on everything. So if your vegetarian, don’t eat it. Or if you don’t like eel sauce, tell them you don’t want it otherwise, they’re going to put it on and take your money.

I recently ordered two lunch specials from Yogis, which come with a bowl and a 20 oz drink. I placed my order online, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told that the drinks are only for dine-in customers. Nowhere online does it mention this restriction, which I find quite frustrating. This location, being locally owned, seems to have the most issues compared to others.
Went here yesterday with my fiancé and the workers were very kind and friendly. Food was really good as well!

My first n last time eating here I got a chicken bow n I was just given my first few bites n I found a hair in my rice ,I told them n they came back with just we took it off ur plate for u, n when we went front counter they said they couldn't do nothing about it ,so I pay for nothing cuz I didn't even eat the rest I will not be going there again that's for sure

Not one to usually leave reviews but I need to bring awareness. On 09/30 around 5pm I ordered the chicken bowl. Everything was legit till I realized they had served me RAW CHICKEN. I’m currently still sick due my chicken being undercooked. The chicken was cooked on outside but the inside was still pink in the middle.

Extremely rude employees. The 2 girls that worked july 10th, 2024 at 2:15pm. The cashier even told me welp , I don’t make the rules, as her and the cook joined in a laugh. Wont be back
