This will be our last visit. We have ordered here 3 separate times and had the same issue each time. My wife orders beef teriyaki with sauce on side. They leave the sauce off, but then try to charge us $1.50 for the side of sauce? But the sauce for this dish has already been paid for right? The same sauce that would be put on the dish, we just want on the side. No more, no less, same amount, just on the side. Am I confused? Nope, i am definitely right. Ive reached out to the District Manager twice now about this issue and have yet to receive a reply. Update: The DM reached out and let me know you can't do sauce on side. But you can order your dish without sauce and then pay an upcharge of $.50 for a side of sauce. They think you should cover the cost of a portion cup as well as pay extra for the sauce you've already bought. I buy portion cups in my restaurant for $.01136/ea I absolutely can't imagine charging my customers 45 times that amount because they want their sauce on the side.

Meh..
The service was good.. very friendly.. which should be the standard
The food... yeah, no... very plain, the beef in the beef bowl was very fatty... the teriyaki sauce tasted like ketchup, and no Sriracha? What kind of place that serves Asian food doesn't have some type of Sriracha?

Will not be coming here again

When you look at the chicken teriyaki bowl online, it shows it with broccoli. Then when I went there and got it, it only had zucchini. I showed them the photo of what I was supposed to get per their website, but they said they would have to charge me extra for broccoli which is shown in the photos of what you're supposed to get.

I have to give a shout out to this restaurant who went above and beyond for us today. Christine and Carla stayed after hours so we could pick up our large group order. We had a delayed flight that got us into Phoenix way past our scheduled time and these two were so caring and waited for us with patience and kindness. The food was delicious and we are just beyond grateful to them and their team.

The cashier was very kind and polite, quick to respond when I was ready to order.

I spent $15 on a regular teriyaki chicken bowl and a regular drink. Now I love teriyaki chicken and this bowl was very satisfying. My only complaint is that it could use a tad more sauce. Otherwise, it was great and I would go again.

We just left the location on Baseline and 24th
the hispanic employee with dark hair and glasses refused to give us a cup of water after making a purchase. She was also rude about getting extra teriyaki sauce.. she stated she “had” to pay for the extra sauce customers took. If this is true, then you should personally hand it out!!

The food is ok. The lady at the counter was helpful recommending meal options. But once we got to the drink part it’s when I wondered why in the world I am consuming from a poor and mediocre run management restaurant. Even though I paid a bottle of coke from their fridge, they refused to provide me a normal sized cup to pour out my drink. The worse part was when I observed one of their employees paying for their own fountain drink. That is absolutely a disgrace that the management can not even provide a free drink to their employees. Very sad. I said kinda joking to the lady at the counter that I would not come back to eat here. She replied: “It’s a personal decision if you come back or not”. Obviously, she did not care at all to gain/loose one more customer.

The food was excellent—flavorful and well-prepared. While the portion sizes felt a bit small for the price, the overall experience was positive. The staff, especially Melanie, were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome.

Everyone said it was like teriyaki madness it is not! You can taste the stale in the beef and the sauce is weird not like any Seattle teriyaki. It’s mediocre for some az teriyaki. Think I’ll hit up the Pho spot next door instead though at least it’s fresh.

First last

I order the same exact things every time I come here but they gave me something I would never order and then tried to tell me I ordered it. Wasn't worth arguing so I just left with the wrong order. Won't be going back, Have had poor service too many times here. Only came back cause Tempe eats location closed and now missing that location even more now.
