The manager is really rude I asked for more sauce packets and she charges me. Her customer service is horrible. She has no respect for her workers she yells at them in front of customers she’s not professional at all this store needs to be closed down. Or improvement. There is always hair in the food limited forks and sauce packets. The manager is weird she argues with her husband in the back. She’s always on the phone her husband falls asleep in the lobby or kitchen not that I’m being nosy but I’d like to see where my food is coming from. I noticed the manager after using the restroom dose not clean her hands or flush the toilet that was my last time eating at this store. The rolls fall apart as if they were pre made. I noticed it’s not fresh at all. The store is always extremely hot. The manager is very cheap. Don’t waste your time & money at this location it’s absolutely disgusting.
Just went to yogis grill and witnessed something horrible and sad! I see this girl everytime I come and today the manager Suki was so unprofessional made her employee Evelyn cry but is constantly yelling at her employees in a rude manner horrible qualities to have u need to do better as a manager It's super hot inside the restaurant, super stingy over silverware and sauces don't think I'll be returning and I'll definitely be letting my friends and family know to not come to this location either. I just can't get over how rude and unprofessional Suki was, she is rude Everytime I come in and I've even witnessed her yelling at who I'm assuming is her husband

I've been talking up this place to my boyfriend for a while and tonight we just so happened to be a location so he was able to eat yogis for his first time but once we got home we were so disappointed and I was embarrassed because our food was burnt and dry. The katsu wasn't even edible it was so burnt. What a shame. I only gave an extra star because the cashier was helpful and kind.

Been going to this location for a while. The food is ok sometimes hit or miss. I’ve had meat that was burned and slightly crunchy. Not enough sauce for the amount of rice given. I’ve asked on multiple visits if I could get an extra packet of teriyaki and they always give just one. They make it seem as if the packets of sauce is what’s making profit for the business. I rather go somewhere else than to eat dry rice with no sauce. Just lost a customer

While I am not one to leave reviews The girl behind the counter was on her phone. When I proceeded to tell her I had a pick up order as well as provided her the name of the order she refused to give it to me. After showing multiple texts confirmations and my bank statement I was finally handed my food. This was the most absolutely ridiculous experience I have ever had. Never have I needed to show bank statements for $30 worth of food. She should spend less time on her phone and more time helping customers. I was definitely disappointed.

They open on Saturdays at 3 pm, past lunchtime, this is definitely a lunchtime food. Extremely disappointed, curious how the corporate company allows that. Seems like the owners are just being lazy or something.

Had the shrimp yakisoba and veggie tempura. Nothing had any noticable seasoning, there was no option for chili oil, but there was Sriracha and soy sauce available, not my thing, but I'm sure some appreciate it. It was a bit overpriced and didn't feel like we got much food for what we paid. I'm not coming here again, but if you want a mild inoffensive asian style food, you could go for worse.
