Service is terrible I guess there's no point in ordering online. I ordered 40 minutes before I drove there when I got there. Guess what there were people in line in front of me and they made all of their orders and I had to wait for all of their orders to be made until mine was made. What what's the point of ordering online in front of all of those people and pretty much ignored also.

I usually visit this location, so I can’t speak for the others—but I’ve been coming here for years and it never disappoints. I always get their lunch special: the chicken and rice with a fountain drink. The chicken is consistently juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. I don’t know the secret behind their white rice, but it’s always cooked to perfection.
The lobby is a decent size with plenty of seating available, and while the parking lot looks small, I’ve never had an issue finding a spot. Great spot for a quick, tasty meal!

I ordered the lunch chicken & beef combo, it’s was dry. I understand not driving the food in sauce. But the beef should have some moisture in it. The lady running the counter is stingy right now the teriyaki sauce. I understand all the other reviews. I will not be returning to this location. The best one is off 16th street & camelback.

The manager is extremely disrespectful and the customer service sucks. Even if the food is good, you’re not entitled to speak to customers as if they did not pay for their order. Would never recommend this place to anyone
So, they want to save on teriaki sauce and now they are giving people spicy teriaki sauce that they didn't order? Not coming back to this cheapskate place!! I wondered why it was so empty.

The manager is really rude I asked for more sauce packets and she charges me. Her customer service is horrible. She has no respect for her workers she yells at them in front of customers she’s not professional at all this store needs to be closed down. Or improvement. There is always hair in the food limited forks and sauce packets. The manager is weird she argues with her husband in the back. She’s always on the phone her husband falls asleep in the lobby or kitchen not that I’m being nosy but I’d like to see where my food is coming from. I noticed the manager after using the restroom dose not clean her hands or flush the toilet that was my last time eating at this store. The rolls fall apart as if they were pre made. I noticed it’s not fresh at all. The store is always extremely hot. The manager is very cheap. Don’t waste your time & money at this location it’s absolutely disgusting.
Just went to yogis grill and witnessed something horrible and sad! I see this girl everytime I come and today the manager Suki was so unprofessional made her employee Evelyn cry but is constantly yelling at her employees in a rude manner horrible qualities to have u need to do better as a manager It's super hot inside the restaurant, super stingy over silverware and sauces don't think I'll be returning and I'll definitely be letting my friends and family know to not come to this location either. I just can't get over how rude and unprofessional Suki was, she is rude Everytime I come in and I've even witnessed her yelling at who I'm assuming is her husband

I've been talking up this place to my boyfriend for a while and tonight we just so happened to be a location so he was able to eat yogis for his first time but once we got home we were so disappointed and I was embarrassed because our food was burnt and dry. The katsu wasn't even edible it was so burnt. What a shame. I only gave an extra star because the cashier was helpful and kind.
