This was too gross to ignore. I visited this location last week and saw the manager, Dave, behind the counter. He had long, untrimmed facial hair and dirty fingernails while handling product. Another young girl was cutting treats without gloves, helped someone at the register and then went back to cutting without washing hands. It made me question how seriously they take hygiene here. It’s hard to enjoy sweets when you’re worried about what else might be on them. Won’t be returning.

The yogurt is fine. They have plenty of toppings to choose from. Their bathroom is always dirty. I told a staff member about it on our last visit and he gave some attitude when I mentioned it to him.

Seemed understaffed. Waited to get an apple but nobody was there to help, from what I could see the girl that worked there was doing an Uber Eats order. Settled for yogurt but couldn't sample because you also have to ask for those from behind the counter. As I tried to sit I noticed how disgusting the place was, seats are worn and sticky with other guest's treats and don't even get me started on the garbages and restrooms!

The frozen yogurt is okay, but honestly with how dirty it is out here where people are allowed to be, I'm concerned how the maintenence and cleanliness of the machines are from the back. The furniture is clearly well used but also very dirty.

I really felt like something sweet after my dinner next door but when I got close even from the outside I noticed how filthy dirty everything was, Use the bathroom and it was disgusting and everything in this place is filthy dirty yuck

Yogurt is good but they have the nerve to ask for a tip at the checkout. Let me lay it out for you. You walk in, grab your own cup, pour your own flavor yogurt and then scoop your own toppings. Then you place it on the scale and pay with your own card. Tell me where a tip is earned? Place is also pretty dirty

The kids and I had a great time. Not too over priced in this economy. It was really good yogurt, the pineapple flavors tasted like summer.
Love the environment! The people are always kind and I absolutely love the chocolate dipped pretzels!!

Super nice people working here. More variety of flavors than any other yogurt stores I have frequented. This location also has treats! I mean half the place is kept at lower temps just to keep all the treats fresh and remarkable. Candy apples of many flavors and so much more.
