So we will never go here again After ordering from here more than 20 times, we just received one of the worst customer service experiences. My wife and I both ordered small cubs with 2 flavors. When they showed up, they each had 1 flavor. Before doing anything, I contacted the store to ask them if the order had come through wrong. The lady on the phone confirmed that the order had come through right, but she had been instructed to choose which flavor to give when multiple flavors were in. She also then said that she picked the first one of our selections. She also said that one of the flavors was out so she took it upon herself to just choose the other one. Again, we've ordered from here 46 times over the last several years with doordash, and we've always gotten multiple flavors. This has never been a concern and in the event that their flavors were incorrect online, we always received a phone call so we could get correct flavors. My other issue is the worker that I spoke to on the phone was very condescending. She basically told us that that had been her instruction but she would check with her manager to make sure she did things right going forward. My wife is so frustrated. She called back to ask to speak to the manager and she was informed that there was no manager and she was speaking to the shift leader. When she asked for the name of the chef leader she was told that she was not required to give that information. Again, we've ordered from here. I can't tell you how many times over the last year and a half and we will never go here again.

Let's start with what needs to be fixed. STOP asking for tips at the check out when there is no one taking an order, bringing the food out etc. In terms of customer interaction, the employee takes their money and offers a spoon. THATS IT! STOP ASKING FOR A TIP! Owners may say that customers always have an option to not give a tip, but they don't tell you that the tip options on the payment screen is being hovered over by the teenage employee. VERY SNEAKY AND DISTURBING. The second thing is that they need to change up their flavors more often and make sure that they are NOT BROKE. The last 10 times I have been in, there has either been at least one dispenser broken or out completely. Get it together management! Some of the good things I like about this place is the yogurt tastes, the topping selections, restrooms, seating areas and the ability to buy chocolates at the next door store.

The entire place is filthy.. yogurt station, toppings station, dining room and restroom all filthy dirty. This place is obviously never cleaned. But at least the cashier wants a tip for ringing you up..

We come in alot but sad to say this place has gone down hill the kids ask if you'd like to leave a tip heck no clean up do your job like you should to the owner I would definitely look into who's running your business into the

The place was not super clean, the toppings were nice, there were no sample cups available and the staff were unenthusiastic. About 6 hours after eating I suffered mild gastrointestinal issues. Not sure we will come back. Unfortunate.

I've been coming to this place for years and it's always been above and beyond customer service and their yogurt is delicious however, just recently took my niece and my nephew and the 12-year-olds that are working there have no personality and no customer service at all!!!! I walked up to the register and asked if I could pay and she walks away without even telling me to hold on or anything. Then the other girl working there is looking me up and down like we are standing a high school hallways. So pathetic way to make a customer feel super uncomfortable. Find people that actually know what customer service is and how to treat customers!!! I will never be coming here again.

This place is DISGUSTINGLY dirty. Every inch of this place is gross. The tables are dirty, the floors are dirty, the bathroom is HORRIBLE and covered in feces. I'm sure if the entire place is disgusting then they absolutely aren't cleaning and maintaining the soft serve ice cream dispensers or the self serve germ-infested self serve topping station. Seriously do not take your kids here. It's so bad.Update: I have food poisoning now from this place. I am so angry I took my child here.

Went in today. Store looked like it hadn’t been clean for days. No one was around. I waited with another customer for nearly 4 min. I finally went to the back and knocked on the door. Instead of coming out to apologize for the wait and do their job, a snotty unkept young man scolded me for getting their attention and left. Needless to say I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Mike, perhaps have a camera to watch your employees. They need to learn about customer service (which is 90% of their job).

Super delicious froyo! Every option we tried had a burst of flavor.I tried the pineapple dole whip with pomegranate raspberry - topped with fresh strawberries and a gummy frog [on one side], then peanut butter, cake batter, and cheesecake - topped with hot fudge, cheesecake bites, and chopped peanuts [on the other side]. *Divider Provided* Let me just say, YUM!*Easy to park and walk to as well. - Next to the movie theater. :)

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Mike, do yourself a favor and deep clean your store.
