Great little brunch spot with super friendly people taking good care of you. Food was very yummy! Fried chicken and waffles were a big win as well as the croissant sandwich (we would have loved a little mayo based sauce or herby sauce like Chimichurri)Waffles were great and had great crisp on the exterior. We thought the Pancakes were very yummy but weren't as fluffy as we like. All around a very yummy spot we would frequent if it were in our city. Thanks Michelle and team!

This is the most I've eaten in 3 days. I got the almond croissant French toast. It was beautifully moist and VERY flavorful? The food was so good I forgot to chew. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Super cute breakfast place! We have been eyeing this place for a while now, but the line is usually out the door in the usual breakfast rush hours. At first we were a little frustrated that the wait was usually around 30 minutes, but once we actually tried it out we saw why it draws such huge crowds! The food is excellent and very decently sized, the staff was super friendly and our waiter went above and beyond in his kindness when helping us out :) Also a big bonus for us is that the patio is pet friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

As a Spring Training visitor... I randomly found this place and stopped by for a quick breakfast. From the host seating me till the time I left... this place has clearly has a "customer first" mindset. Host smiled and made eye contact, I was seated right away, greeted immediately by Raya (my server), quick to anticipate what I needed, check ins, meaningful conversations, quick to get me the bill and gracious when I left. All these things while the place was humming with people.Authentic people who love to serve others, teamwork with the staff, and food was fantastic.I came back the next day... because it was worth feeling Sunshine-Love!High marks from me. (and ask for Raya... she's the best!)JT

Walked in at 8:04am, sat at 8:05am, ignored and watched more than 6 staff members repeatedly clear and service the tables near me, I watched 3 servers bus a table while avoiding us, watched one server try to avoid eye contact with us more than once as he walked around and gave another table their check, and then watched almost everyone gathered in a corner talking and socializing with one another, save for the bartender who came to help us at 8:15am.We were ignored. Spoke to the manager who told us our server was servicing a party and they were busy, I saw! That's fine! But everyone ignoring us for ten minutes while socializing and literally standing in the corner is ridiculous. Not theorizing on whether or not they like their coworker, but at least grab the drink order for a table for the sake of the customers experience. It was absolutely ridiculous.

First time there, I was greeted with a friendly smile and seated promptly. Food was delicious, I got biscuits and gravy, large portions too. I will definitely be back. Great hidden gem for sure.
