My favorite omakase place! I’m so glad I found this place. The cuts of fish were so fresh and every single one was amazing! The chef was kind, waitress was attentive, and the atmosphere was great. I’ll be coming back when I go back to Phoenix.

What an addition to North Phoenix! A pure Omakase Sushi experience with a fine selection of seafood. Our dishes included selections from Toyosu Market in Tokyo, Hokkaido, and New Zealand. Each dish was prepared with great expertise and hit the precise balance needed for sushi to justify this price point.
This restaurant belongs in the same conversation as a Michelin Starred Omakase I've previously had in Japan. We are so fortunate to have such skill located locally. If you are a lover of sushi but have yet to make the leap to the Omakase experience, let this be your introduction you won't be disappointed.

Booked dinner omakase for 4 @ 7:30pm. Yuzu is located in a nondescript strip mall. What a treat. Seated at the chefs counter and served 13 exquisitely prepared nigiri and finished with a crab hand roll and miso soup.
Nigiri included: O-toro, wagyu beef, yellowtail, charred black cod, and bluefin tuna. Super fresh and delicious-super value at $85/person + tax and gratuities. I’ve been to other places with comparable quality charging at least twice as much.
The restaurant is new; they have only been in the space for 2 months, which explains the decor. But the quality of the seafood, and the friendly, efficient service, more than makes up for it. We will absolutely come again!

We came here for the 14 piece Omakase dinner and it was worth every penny. The rolls were melt in your mouth good with intricate flavors. I’m so glad North Phoenix has such a quality restaurant!

WOW!!! I wish I could give this new restaurant 10 stars!! This intimate omakase dining is EXACTLY what arizona needed! This was by far the freshest sushi I’ve ever had in AZ. You need to make a reservation as it only sits 6 people at a time so a very intimate experience. The chef was so kind and you can tell how passionate he is in curating such a wonderful dining experience . The chefs tasting menu is ALOT OF FOOD at a very reasonable price of $85 per person!! My husband and I were stuffed at the end of the meal. Service and ambiance were excellent. I cannot recommend this place enough! We found our local sushi spot!!!!
