We have gone to Zinburger for seven years and ordered the truffle fries. These were subpar with a sauce that tasted like straight mayo and the fries were only ok. These zucchini fries were not crisp, lump and mushy. This is not normal!!! What's going g on in the kitchen at Zinburger in Biltmore???

I was so impressed with the customer service aspect of this place that it even went above the food experience. They checked on me three times while there. I can't remember the last time I walked into a burger place that gave this type of service. If anything just getting a smile or a welcome was a miracle at other places. Kuddos on Management for doing an outstanding job with whom they hire n train .
Next the food : I picked the signature burger 🍔 Zinburger...

Simply incredible! Everything about this restaurant is fantastic. Alexandria is an excellent example of phenomenal customer service. She is the genuine article. It is evident that she absolutely enjoys her job and she is the embodiment of professionalism and positive customer service at Zinburger. I am glad that I visited this place. The food is well portioned and very delicious. I will spread the word to my co-workers who are visiting Phoenix.
