I decided to give Zipps another try after not coming here for about six years, and honestly, it was a mixed experience at best. The highlight of the meal was definitely the pizza—it was very solid, I’d give it a good 8.5 out of 10. The crust had a nice crunch, the cheese was melted just right, and the toppings were balanced. If I had only ordered the pizza, I probably would’ve walked away satisfied.
Unfortunately, everything else I ordered fell flat. The wings were a huge disappointment. They came out like very mildly coated in sauce, which left them tasting dry and unappetizing. Nobody goes out looking for dry wings. To make matters worse, I had to ask for extra sauce on the side, and instead of just fixing the mistake, they charged me for a tiny container of it—big thumbs down for that move. The mozzarella spring rolls didn’t do much to impress either; they were just average at best, nothing worth ordering again.
The one bright spot outside of the pizza was the young server who helped us. He was attentive, friendly, and seemed to genuinely care about making sure we were taken care of. Honestly, his service was the best part of the experience outside of the pizza itself.
Still, when I put it all together, Zipps just didn’t deliver for me. The pizza was good, but everything else was underwhelming, and the extra charge for sauce left a bad taste. If I’m being honest, I won’t be coming back.

Got here and ordered around 2:15pm which isn’t peak time. Waited till 3:30 and still no food. Chicken wings finically came at 3:55pm. Service was awful. They tried to make it up by giving us zipp bucks. Don’t want to ever come back so giving us these are a waste. How about comping some of the meal???

A great place for lunch. I met a friend and his wife, the menu has something for everyone, the food was good, and best of all, the environment is condusive to carring a conversation, even when crowded and busy. I think the spacing of table and booths create a great layout.

On 8/10/25, 3PM a long red hair was at the bottom of my shot glass. Told the server , who told the manager & nothing was said to me. The charge was taken off my bill but that was it. Very bad service & I think might have been a health department issue!! Very disappointed.

It's Arizona. People wear shorts. Why are all of your urinals so low? Ridiculous! Besides that, it's a weird neighborhood bar. The old (and I mean old!) regulars know where to sit at the bar to monopolize the female bartenders' time and attention, so good luck getting service if you sit at the bar. And if you do manage to get the bartender to check on you, be prepared to get the evil eye from the regulars.
If you go, sit at a table and you should at least have better service.

First time ever visiting a Zipps. Were were so impressed with the cleanliness of this establishment, our server, and the food. The wings were amazing.
Not gonna lie, had trouble finding this place, building 10. But the service was great, had Amy... a little loud, but a good time ha! Anywayyy good night, good time, THANKS!

Zipps was good. I will say the bar recently had an upgrade with hiring a new bartender Kyle. He knows what he is doing and is actually good at it. Definitely go visit when Kyle is working for the best Zipps experience.
