The manager Alyssa was nothing but rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to me, my family and my whole group that come to this location at least 2-3 times a month, sometimes more. We were planning on spending Sundays here for football season but will take our money elsewhere. Our sever Q was nothing short of amazing though. I highly recommend nobody comes here until she (Alyssa) is fired or removed from this location. If you have any other questions on why not to visit this location of the other ones, comment on here and I respond with the answer… DO NOT SOEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Writing this review makes me very sad. This is my neighborhood Zipps that I have gone to many times. My boys went to school with many of the servers. Last night when we went in our server was very nice, I have nothing bad to say about her but I'm not sure who the lady was that came to our table to tell me I couldn't have my water bottle as it was from an outside vendor (Fry's grocery store). So I put the water in a purse and the purse was under the table. She heard me say to my cousin that in Arizona when it's still 100 degrees outside at 6:30PM that was a stupid rule. As she walked away she said we have water here(very rudely I might add).The lady went to the hostess stand and said something and then came back and said do you want me to take the bottle or are you going to take it outside. We said the water bottle is put away and she said it needs to go outside. My cousin then said you are being very rude. She continued to puff out her chest and said I will take the water bottle now. So we got up and left and as much as I like keeping our business in our community I will never go back here again. It is sad how it just takes 1 bad seed to ruin what should've been a fun memory with family! If I could give zero stars I would!!!!

The last time we went to this location, we were greeted by our server Olivia, right away she seemed to be in a bad mood or was not interested in waiting on us. She took my partners order, he ordered a Sprite (since he left his wallet at home) and I ordered a Zipparita. She asked to see both of our IDs which was strange to me since only I ordered the drink. She glared at me while checking my ID then she told us it would be right out. She came back to the table and had the Sprite, she again told me my drink would be right out. Then the manager came to our table and asked to see our IDs again. I told her my partner was not drinking and only I ordered a drink, and produced my ID. She looked at it for a long time, without saying anything and I was fed up. I told her we would go to another restaurant at this point since this was some of the worst service and I was being treated as if guilty until proven innocent. We have since been back to different locations with no issue but refuse to go back to this location

Not a good night to be a Native American.. I was totally ignored on the night of June 21, 2025 (Saturday).. I was hungry and had to move to a section that would serve me. The food was good but the service was disappointing at first. Don't understand the ignorance.

I decided to take a bike ride and enjoy the light rain, so decided to go to Zip’s and have a beer. Sat down, bartender eyed me, I put a $10 bill in front of me and the bartender (young man in a baseball cap) came over, no acknowledgment to me, and had a personal conversation with the guy next to me. Then he served two more people on the other side of the bar. At one point I even stood up and tried to get his attention. Then two guys came and sat nearby, he proceeded to take their food and beer orders and never once greeted me or ask me if I wanted a drink so I left. Apparently if you don’t look like the rest of the people there they will just ignore you.

Really appreciate that there are so many Zipps to chose from. Of course I have my favorites. You can find them in all parts of Phoenix and surrounding areas.
Great place to watch sports. Their Golden wings are amazing and they have great burgers too!

Service was great but do not get the pizza lol. It was so bad. Service was fine but the pizza was totally frozen pizza. It had the same taste look and texture as a tombstone pizza.
