What I experienced today. I was siting at the bar as always, been going there for years and never had a problem until they got someone new. I ordered the wings and salad with vinegar and oil. I have never asked for my sauce to be put on the side because it always came like that. Oil and vinegar also came on the side. I was nice about it at 1st. I ask the little girl behind the counter if I can get them dry. She got an attitude and started asking stupid questions. I didn’t say anything. Then she’s going around the bar asking people are they good, except me. I had to get her attention to acknowledge me. I asked her for the dressing for my salad. With an attitude she said, oh you want more. I said you never gave it to me. She walked away with an attitude. I told her to forgot the food, I’ll pay for the drink. She comes and brings me the food anyways. I said I don’t want it you have a bad attitude. I asked her to go get the MGR Kristy Harris the GM walks over I tried to explain the situation she then too got an attitude. She then charged my card without my permission and without me seeing the bill. I rid her not to charge my card but I will pay for the drink. She said you order it you pay. I never ate food. I was so disgusted how they were acting. I told her y’all didn’t even give me my dressing. She said it was out on there. I said no it wasn’t I taste it. I told her don’t ever charge my card without my permission or me seeing the bill. She then told me to not come back. That’s stealing and I will be filling a complaint on Kristy Harris with corporate. That was not good customer service Kristy Harris. You need another job and people skill classes. Shame on you. I will be blasting you everywhere

Always a must stop when in Phoenix! Good wings, lots of Tv's, and cold beer!

This place is a pass. Bartenders were pretty good but the food was questionable at best. When we tried to speak to the manager about it she quickly dismissed our complaint and appeared to be not interested in being there. Worst experience I have had on our vacation. Spend your money elsewhere.

Got the chicken burrito. Lots of cheese and the chicken was good. The salsa that comes out with the chips was basic red stuff. I didnt like it. But the burrito also comes with sour cream and guac. It was hot and perfect for a chilly day on the patio. Ivanna was our server and she was excellent. Lots of tvs and the place was clean and inviting.

Excellent Sports Grill, superb service, and great food!

We were greeted right away and sat in the middle of the dining room. Marta was our server; she was informative, enthusiastic, and super friendly. The atmosphere is exactly what you would want from a sports bar, with seating available on the covered terrace, open-air dining room, or bar. Family friendly.

They have a great happy hour, including $3 pizza slices that are massive. We ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, Reuburger, Spinach Salad, two slices of pizza and the cookie skillet! All were great, fresh and tasty ingredients.

Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Place!

I recently visited this sports bar in Arizona with high hopes, having traveled quite a distance just to enjoy a good time. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were met with an unwelcoming attitude from the staff. It took an eternity for our drinks to arrive, and when they finally did, the waitress acted as if we were inconveniencing her.

The atmosphere was far from what we expected, and the service was downright rude. Instead of enjoying the game and our meal, we ended up feeling frustrated and let down. There are plenty of other sports bars out there that know how to treat their customers right—save your time and money and steer clear of this one!

A short girl with glasses and the male bartender were extremely rude. Not only were they rude to the customers but they are rude to their own co workers. She looked like she was mad for having to teach the other bar tender how to do her job. Shouldn’t hire people that aren’t willing to better others. We could feel the energy from outside the room. Should probably consider who you hire. People come to the bar to relax not to feel more stress.

Shame on you Zipps. This is the second time this has happened so I can finally say I am officially done here. I ordered take out for an order of wings. 10 wings and extra crispy.. doesn't seem too difficult. Instead I got 10 pale and completely soggy wings. Absolutely disgusting. You couldn't pay me the 20 dollars I paid for this food to eat this!!

I will start by saying that I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received tonight. I have been to zipps numerous of times for the past 5years. Our server(so who we thought) turned out to be to be the manager (Gretchen) was extremely rude from the moment she walked over to our table.. She had a bad attitude, would walk away in the middle of us speaking to her, and tried to take our plates even while we were still eating. Once we asked her who she was and what we had done she completely got offended told us that she no longer felt comfortable serving us. Throughout the night we seen her talking to multiple staff and pointing at us. I have never had such horrible service than I have tonight, and I’m saddened that it was by a manager.. I really hope Gretchen gets the proper training that she needs and serves other people better than she did me and my family tonight!

Visiting relatives in Phoenix and thought we would go over to watch some football and have some food and drink. It’s a nice roomy place with seating inside and out. They have a nice weekend happy hour menu, we thought we would start there. A round of drinks and some appetizers, our server Ivanna was right on top of things. She took our order, about 20 min later I signaled for her and inquired on our drinks. She left and quickly came back with them, “bar problem” she said. We started with pretzel bites and cheese along with an order of fries. I took a picture of the order when it arrived but the picture is a lot better than the quality. The fries were too greasy to eat and the bites tasted slightly burned. It was the cheese that was absolutely horrible. It looked like and had texture like caulk. I didn’t care for the fact I had to go retrieve napkins and utensils. A beer at the bar for a game, this might be a good place. But there are too many potions in the downtown area to settle.

Our server was overworked so we didn't get much attention. One person waited a very long time for their iced tea. We got burgers randomly handed over and didn't know which 2 were well done and which 2 were medium. The good thing, though, was that they all looked to be medium so... no well done burgers here??
