omg staff is super slow here!!!! we been sitting for 30 minutes and not even order our drinks! i love the food but staff sucks! please change them or you will lose lots of customers! thanks!

That’s the worst service i received in my life the two batender they work on Friday nights they got a bad attitude me and husband went to celebrate and we didn’t have a good night cause they took forever to bring food and the food was cold when they brought it to us . Rude people never going back there .

Being from out of town and wanting to catch a hometown game we randomly selected a sports bar near us, and we made a great choice.Great TV setup for catching a game or even watching multiple. We had a few drinks and ordered one of their New York style pizzas. Nice selection of draft beers and my wife's frozen margarita, according to her, was amazing. We both also loved the pizza. Great service and great experience all the way around.

That was my first visit to zip My cousin took me there today for my birthday The food is delicious the drinks were amazing The staff was professional courtesy and very nice I had a wonderful time and I would definitely be back to visit had a blast today Thank you guys for your awesome and amazing service great staff great people I feel safe comfortable had enjoyable time

Do no not order the nachos. I have never experienced dry and wet nachos until today.There was so much food stuck to the paper, that PAPER should be counted as an additional topping. But God forbid they charge you for it. Because beans and jalapeños are .50 cents a piece extra. Not very happy with food. Service was ok.

The person (tall skinny Caucasian with hat) who was working being the behind on 2/13/24 is SHOULD NOT BE IN ANY ROLE in contact with general public. I called at 10:14pm and asked when is last call for food. The lady who answered "last call at 10:30(pm)".... I was already in route and arrived at 10:23pm...the guy beind the bar took his slow time then leaned against the wall and watches the Suns VS. Kings basketball game. I walked over and asked him. Can I order before it's too late.. He replied " we do last call at 10:20pm and food stops at 10:30pm" which made no sense. I showed him the call I made at 10:14pm... His reply "Sorry dude"... I love Zipps but this location is horrible!**Google DO NOT courtesy remove this comment.

The food was fantastic, amazing atmosphere, and the server was fantastic. TVs everywhere and fantastic outdoor seating. Jacob is the best server out there.

This place is really great. We had Gabriella as our server and she was amazing. Great service and on point! Always on top of our drinks and food. The ambiance is really nice and clean. We sat outside and had heaters when needed. Totally recommend and will visit again when in Phoenix.
