A wide range of entrees, salads, sandwiches, and my new favorite salad, the best kale salad ever! It redefines the appeal of kale, tastier and softer than any kale salad I've ever eaten in my life. All four of us had something different, and rag was tasty and well presented.

Had the #11 and it was ok. The poached eggs were overcooked with a firm yolk. The bread maybe could use some salted butter or Asiago to give flavor. I was not a fan of the potatoes, didn’t really taste like much. My husband liked his chorizo sandwich, but he’s not as picky as I tend to be. He said the owner was really nice and that counts for something. I will eventually give it another shot.

I'm a huge fan of this place, lately I've been coming once a week for lunch. I always get the #66 because it's so good I can't get myself to try anything else. They're very fast and consistent, eggs are always perfectly done, and that zinger sauce is fantastic. Love that I can get breakfast during non breakfast hours. The side kale salad is delicious! Their iced tea is actually really good and not bitter (both the pomegranate green tea and the prickly pear black). Staff is really friendly and helpful. I could see that if you're a tall young man that one sandwich may not be enough food for you, but I think the majority of people (myself included) it's the perfect lunch size, and they also have so many different side options so you could double up on sides. Prices are reasonable for the amount as well.

My friends, my hubby and I absolutely enjoyed Zookz. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and we weren't disappointed... it truly was delicious and the right amount. Our friends both ordered lunch sandwiches and a side and we're just as happy with their choices. We are looking forward to going back when the weather is cooler to enjoy our visit outdoors. We were a little bit concerned with the acoustics while we ate indoors but it was perfect and we could keep talking and enjoying our visit!! Highly recommendZookz and we will be going back!!
Food was great. Tasty, fresh and unique. The sandwiches are heftier than you'd expect and the sides were good. The owner, Carole, welcomed us and explained everything and even had a chat with us about her starting her restaurants. You could tell she was extremely passionate about what she does and offers and it came through in the food and service. Great experience, will definitely come back again.

Paying $15 for a glorified uncrustable. The sandwiches here aren't terrible but I feel that I overpaid for something that was overall lacking in flavor that didn't really fill me up. I don't feel that the pictures online showcase how small the sandwiches are, I was shocked when I opened the bag and saw how small it was. Incredibly disappointing. Despite my quick trip in and out, I did think it was a nice spot to eat with friendly staff that I would certainly consider revisiting or recommending if I had simply enjoyed the food more. Correction: I ordered pickup through grubhub, where after the grubhub markup the price came to be around $15. If ordering direct from the store the prices would reflect those listed in the business owner comment below. I do appreciate the business owner reaching out to me to help correct the inaccuracies :)

First want to say that bro-dudes in suits should not be allowed to leave public reviews. There is nothing "mid" about this place and I will be *writing* home over this. I hate mess -- like I refuse to eat sandwiches because everything always falls out -- this SOLVED that. Food was so good. Their potato salad is next level and the Zookz were incredible. So unique and so happy a "local find" on IG sent us here!! Love the history, story, locals, vibes -- everything. Will be back.
