ZOYO Neighborhood Yogurt has become my go-to spot for frozen yogurt, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience there. The selection of flavors and toppings is absolutely fantastic! Whether I’m in the mood for something classic like vanilla or chocolate, or feeling adventurous with a unique seasonal flavor, ZOYO never disappoints. The variety ensures that there’s something for everyone, and I love mixing and matching to create my perfect treat.

The cleanliness of the store is also worth highlighting. Every time I visit, the place is spotless. The self-serve stations are always well-stocked and immaculately maintained, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping the environment clean and inviting.

Speaking of the staff, they are always friendly and welcoming. Whether I have a question about a flavor or need a recommendation, they are more than happy to help. Their excellent customer service truly enhances the overall experience.

The Mexican lady Monique had horrible service, didn’t ask us for our phone number to get our points and as we asked her to put in our phone number she says does speak English and doesn’t understand us. Next time we will go somewhere else because this place can’t honor their rewards program.

Called beore making the 10 min drive & was told they close at NINE pm. Arrived at 835PM and it was already closed. That's something that should have been stated on the phone that way I didn't have to waste my time and dissapoint my daughter. Ended up going to Aloha yogurt instead and that did not dissappoint ?

The place is nice. The girl that was working was friendly. Prices are a bit steep. 2 cups of frozen yogurt was around $24. ??

First time visiting. It was clean and the staff was professional and friendly

LOVED IT!!!! The ladies were super nice. The store was clean and had lots of great flavors and toppings. They had fresh fruit, boba and mochi???. It was well worth the drive from Laveen.

Went during "open hours" it was closed. Went to 51st and baseline instead.

Perfect frozen yogurt with my personal favorite "mango tango" helpful counter person who told about all of the toppings. Great place and my new go to for sweets.

Reached out to manager/owner via 2 email and by phone regarding possible overcharge. Never received a response. Live in the neighborhood and will not frequent again.

Really solid frozen yogurt. Pretty consistent. Machines can be a little slow sometimes, but never disappoints.
