I love this place! The ice cream is amazing, so creamy and good, hand dipped and specialized however your heart desires! The family that runs it are so sweet, smiles, and even a treasure vix for the kiddos! Cute little sitting area to enjoy the breeze awhile eating your ice cream. Highly recommend stopping by!Parking: Parking is tough most weekends, but if you pack behind the thrift store it's a very short walk.Kid-friendliness: They love kids and it really shows!

I scream for ice cream! This was once a log cabin built in 1882 and the owner is from New Zealand! He shared some great stories!I got the Carmel coconut macademia nut, it's the creamiest ice cream ever!! We'll be back tomorrow when he changes flavors!

The owner is wonderful! The ice cream flavors are unique and so incredibly creamy without being overly sweet. How he does it is a mystery. I really think he undersells his ice cream! Typically more Hawaiian-inspired flavors with the classics available. Prices are very reasonable for what you get, especially in this area. We've gone every weekend I come up ever since I finally discovered this place. I'd been curious since I got my house but assumed it was just another run-of-the-mill ice cream shop. It is NOT! Try it, you won't be disappointed!

Best ice cream. Very nice staff! Hometown feel. Owner even let our kids pick from a treasure chest and told us about a secret water hole near Pine!

A wonderful experience. Delicious ice cream, friendly staff, comfortable garden seating. This place made our day after a long drive cross country. Definitely recommend stopping in and having a sweet treat.

Delicious ice cream but the place is in need of some TLC, paint, signage, etc could all use a spruce up

2 members of my family have Celiac disease and they would not even read a label or allow us to read a label to determine what my family could eat. They said there was, "no way they could lift the ice cream drums to see the labels." This is a very basic accomodation for any establishment serving food and was very disappointing.

Best ice cream in Arizona !!I think it’s called Lappert’s ice cream, they make it in small batches and it’s absolutely the best!!!They have the best flavors too!!The historic old gingerbread house has a small little courtyard out front where you can enjoy and sit while eating your awesome ice cream, super cute small town with big charm.

Really good tasting ice cream. Definitely a treat. What a great excuse to enjoy the weather . First time my mom visits Pine and she loved it. Thank you Felipe for the Hat Pins. They made my mom’s weekend.

The owner opened up early and took a very large order from us which delayed his ability to quickly serve the customers stacking up behind us on a rainy day. The ice cream is well worth the drive from Phoenix metropolitan to get if you aren't passing through. Taste samples were freely given to determine which flavor your taste buds clamoured for on this particular day and hour. I'm glad that I don't live very close to the Gingerbread house, because my life would clearly revolve around daily if not more often visits. Do yourself a favor and take a weekend drive up to the Gingerbread house to enjoy the cooler weather and a treat for the tongue.
