“food was good, expected it to be more like traditional bbq rather than chain but still good. Portions a little small, but sides were good. The drinks were a bit expensive, and i expected the sweet tea or lemonade to be made in house like a traditional bbq spot, but was just Lipton/Minute Maid - not sure why that's $3+. Coupon from the website made the price fairly reasonable, otherwise would have been disappointed in value for dollar. BBQ sauce in a sealed retail cup had no heart into it which is unfortunate.“
“Ohh I Totally Love this place all the pizza ? places were closed and wouldn't serve us. They stayed open for us I totally Love this place. I would love to go back there. Service was great. Pizza was delicious and I give them 10 stars instead of 5. Good job great Job fantastic job!!“
“My wife and I went to Grumpy Jake's for lunch. It was our first time there. We were greeted immediately by our very friendly waiter. The decor is very much in the western style as you would expect for a Bbq place and very relaxed feeling. I ordered the beef brisket sandwich and my wife ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries. The food came out quickly. The fries had spice on them and were very good. Thin cut, cooked well and awesome. My brisket was super tender and juicy, as was my wife's pulled pork. The buns seemed like homemade and had butter on them. They give you what looks like a syrup dispenser full of their house made bbq sauce. It was a great sauce with lots of flavor. We put it in our sandwiches, since it does not come pre-sauced, and I also dipped my fries in it. Yummy! Prices were very reasonable, looks like lots of amazing things on the menu, friendly & quick service and awesome food. What more could you ask for. We will definitely be back to our new favorite bbq restaurant soon.“
