“We had the pleasure of dining at The Pasta House on our girls trip recently. The food was spectacular! The drinks were delicious. We would have loved to give this a 5 star rating but things fell short on the service side of things. Most of the staff was wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Our main server was very unpleasant. We had a 7:30 reservation and we were rushed from the get go. There was never a “welcome” or a smile. We were sat at our table and asked what we wanted to order for drinks before any of us even received menus. She came back within 2 minutes and abruptly asked if we wanted to order. We stated that we would like to get a couple appetizers in, which seemed to annoy her. Within a minute she retuned “Are you ready to order now?” I’ve had better service at a diner. I have been in the service industry my entire life and I do not know how this woman can keep her job. She never offered her name so we had to ask for it, which I will share with the restaurant if they reach out to me.“
“4/6/2024 updateI got the chicken fried steak and my husband the Madhatter burgers. They both looked and tasted good.___________________________2 years priorMy husband always tells me the parking lot by Mr. Zeke's is always full at night. A full parking lot or cars in front of the restaurant is always a good sign to me. We had free time yesterday morning and decided to stop for breakfast at Mr. Zeke's to try it out for ourselves. The food was amazing! I had an omelet, and my husband had biscuits and gravy. You can tell the food is fresh! We will definitely be back. Hopefully, next time for dinner. ?“
“Tried Red Devil Restaurant & Bar as it was recommended by one of my adult kids. The atmosphere was quite nice with great music playing but not too loudly, clean, and very friendly. The staff was friendly, fast, and made sure we were taken care of. My son and I ordered a 10” pizza which was really good and the perfect size to share. Definitely worth eating there again!!“
“Why this place is not wildly more popular is well beyond me. It is the only wood fired oven baked pizza on the mountain.Honestly, we were going to take it home but had a few extra minutes and stayed to eat our half pepp half pineapple pie. When it arrived, which took a good chunk less than the 25 minutes they expected, it looked underwhelming...until I took a bite. It was crispy on the bottom but soft with excellent flavor all around and then the crust...damn good crust., like WOW good. Perfect amount of cheese, good sauce, and cooked to perfection. I asked about their oven because the crust always looks a tiny bit burnt in a wood fired oven...but I can't overstate how perfect that crust was.Our 2 year old ate his slice in stages...topping, cheese, then the rest. He NEVER eat it all so this is like a bonus miracle.Prices are reasonable. We also got a Chicken Parm we have not yet eaten but it is a huge serving. Overall, a very good pizza joint with a very east coast style ?. If they sold it by the slice I would visit a few times a week.“
“If you're looking for a great place to dine, you have found it! The food is authentic and delicious! The staff is exceptional and attentive. The atmosphere is quiet and calming. We try to dine there at least once a month and ALWAYS on special occasions! I highly recommend this restaurant!“
“I had the Chicken Alfredo (I added mushrooms), garlic bread, and 3 cookies delivered this afternoon. I had to call in the order because their online ordering system decided to go wonky, but the order was placed and I was given an estimated delivery time of 35 to 45 minutes. Delivery only took 25 minutes, the food was hot and plentiful (I'll get 2 meals out of one order, a plus on a fixed income), the driver was polite and professional. My only complaint is the online menu showed the "cookies" as a slice of a chocolate chip pie, and I got 3 little cookies for $1.50. That being said, I'm definitely switching from Domino's to the Show Low Pizza Factory; better food, better value!“
“This was on the top of our list of stops for our recent trip to PineTop-Lakeside, and we made it just before closing time driving from Mesa. Winter hours: Wednesday through Saturday 11am - 3pm. Absolutely worth a 3 hour drive from The Valley for the Decadent Cannolis!“
