We enjoyed our dinner. Mid week visit so seating was not a problem. The kitchen seemed a bit backed up and we were told we couldn't get flour tortilla chips as the kitchen only had a single cook on hand. Love the shrimp enchiladas and the Cadillac margarita was great. As usual we enjoyed the post dinner watermelon shots.

Got there a little early...hence not but a few minutes wait. Really good food. Margaritas were really good. Our waiter was very attentive. Our granddaughter had carne asada fries. She says they are the best on the mountain. Loved the watermelon shot they brought after dinner ( complimentary).
UPDATE: Went for take out. Never had take out always ate in. NEVER DO IT AGAIN! The food was stone cold but served on a paper plate...

We both ordered a cheese enchilada and a chili relleno, combination plate. We ran out of time so got to go boxes and left. Today we were eating the left overs and I got a big hunk of shredded beef in my rice. We did not order any meat.
