We were promised coupons because they didn't put half of our order in the bag and it's been over a month and no coupons were sent. When I called they acted like it was our fault for not driving 8 miles one way back to get the food I paid almost $50 for. Will never eat here again. They ripped us off and then treated us like it was our fault.

I came in tonight, and the food honestly wasn't great, but Josh was very kind and made the whole experience better, he was very professional, I'm glad to say that arbys finally hired someone who doesn't act like they are unhappy working.

Ronnie is amazing . Every time we come through Arby's she is the lady that is always at the window. She's always been very kind and patient with us if I ask for extra napkins or an extra horsey sauce. And the food well made.

Ordered fish sandwiches for everyone and got a half fish skeleton in one. Took it to the counter and they didn't even offer to replace the sandwich. All 4 of us left without finishing. Horrible attitude and will not be back. Will tell everyone I know.
Went last night to get a couple things for me and the kids. The Manger was in a bad mood throwing things around and yelling. The Manger took my order and when i got home i had a bunch of stuff i didnt order needless to say it went in the garbage. My kids would even try it.This guy needs to be relieved of his position.i will not go back to a place that has BAD service.
