They get my order right about half the time, when it’s right it’s pretty decent. The fries are always cold here and they are very stingy with horsey sauce, or just don’t give it to you in general.
I just wanted to say I come almost everyday after work for dinner for about the last year and the food and service has never been a problem, however the bathrooms seem to have a pungent smell everytime I come in to wash my hands. I came in tonight, and the food honestly wasn't great, but Josh was very kind and made the whole experience better, he was very professional, I'm glad to say that arbys finally hired someone who doesn't act like they are unhappy working.
