Gavin was so kind and gave exemplary customer service tonight. He explained how to easier order what I was needing and offered a larger cup since I had a long drive. The world needs more Gavin’s in customer service. He seems to enjoy his job and it shows. Good customer service is rare these days, especially with a good attitude behind it.
