This location has scammed me multiple times at this point. I order multiple donuts, get charged for the entire purchase and they don't give me my whole order. I can't even say anything about it to the people working there because they run to the back immediately when I am paying. Half the food is undercooked and still liquid dough on the inside. Youre better off going to roberts market across the road.

I've had their Donuts (amazing) breakfast sandwich on croissant, also great! Their Boba is also one of three best, love the flavors of mango, honeydew and more! Very good. Usually pretty quick

Great drinks and donuts. Staff could use some education that when a drink is made wrong. They should remake it rather than poor it into another cup with the remaining boba from the previous one. Had an allergic reaction to the laziness as I can’t have coconut and that’s what they gave me first that I didn’t want to drink as it wasn’t what I order…. Found pieces in my new drink too late…

Bosa Donuts is our family favorite with the Apple Fritters being second to none. My only negative is that your bakers sometimes forget to put filling in the donuts that are supposed to be filled. Today we were sad to discover that the Chocolate Bars we purchased were not filled with the usual Bavarian Cream:(

Bosa being franchised means you never know what you will get, at this location they are consistently good. I get a 50 of the donut holes, I am unsure if they are so busy they are constantly baking but, every time I go in my donuts are glistening, moist and warm! One of the best locations food wise.
They need to upgrade inside there it is a bit scary walking in there. No music, blasting ac, chairs and tables are out dated. They deserve a revamp. The women working here are very friendly and all trained very well. They work as a well oiled machine it’s a sight to see.
