I gotta tell you, the gals that work here have brought the words, "customer service" back into our vocabulary. They are always smiling and courteous. I haven't eaten the food, just the donuts. They are quite nummy. I'm still learning all the drinks, but I have not been disappointed
BoSo donuts, Alicia, you were fabulous and thank you for nuking my donut for about 15 seconds, it made it seem like it was so freshly baked… I can’t wait to come back to try the Boba.

Absolutely phenomenal bosa donut in Mesa AND wait for the buttt.... erm Still good here, BUT I am Quite bitter that the straws are not quite large enough to pull them bobas reliably & regularly into mouth. Get stuck. here. In the straw. I am trying to drink my Bubba drink. And I'm getting a stuck stuck stuck. I can't suck through this straw. And what am I to do? They don't have larger straws. I'm just stuck like a fish out of water. No boba, no problems....
