Visited The newly opened A & W in Prescott Valley. Order their coupon special of a root beer float and keep the glass mug for 5.99. was charged 5.99 for each mug plus 3.98 for the root beer. When we asked about the coupon price we got a run around story about Corporate and didn't get any discounts. We had a 20 % off coupon which we could have a used instead. I feel like there needs to be a proper training of all the young adults that work at this location. Just ordered in the drive thru, and my husband and I ordered a burger. We had asked for no tomato as my husband is allergic and the young lady on the intercom said, “oh you’re allergic? Well make sure not to kill you” very very unprofessional.
