Drive thru workers were terrible, forgot all sauce we asked for and gave us the wrong drinks..this all on top of the cold food we were handed. The bag wasn't even warm.

Just tried to order a cheeseburger fries and onion rings just like a good old-fashioned American restaurant cheeseburger too small didn’t even put it in the bag got 10 miles down. The road came back didn’t even offer me anything for the inconvenience. We’re very rude about it when I came back Asked for my money back. They couldn’t find my receipt after five minutes of being gone. I don’t know I will go somewhere else unless you live in Preskett because this is probably all you got. I come here every week to get a nice lunch. I was on my way to Sedona working now I’m behind schedule 35 minutes with no good lunch to eat and I’m on the road all day long. Again thanks a lot and W will not be going here again guess I’m going back to the old Roberts to get some pizza. What is it a junior cheeseburger? What is it a junior cheeseburger? I get a better cheeseburger at my car show. I don’t even think I wanna eat this. Look at this picture look at this cheeseburger. This is a very unhealthy, sloppy, ugly cheese Burger And this cost me $15 I’m pretty sure the owner would want you guys to step up the service having his name on it!!!! Looks like you cooked the burger in a microwave. I’m glad I threw it out

Probably the worst experience I had in a Drive Thru. The people at the window were making fun of the way I paid. Last I checked money all spends the same. Really wouldn't recommend going here unless it's an emergency. Even then the gas station has nicer employees than this.

I know that the owner reads these reviews and I have seen a pattern of the same comments of the staff being very rude, unprofessional, and non caring. The fact that multiple people and including myself are saying the same thing and nothing has been done is a very poor case of management. My wife and I went through the drive in and the girl answered yelling and laughing, was barley paying attention to my order, and kept interrupting me. The cherry on top was when I asked for no tomatoes on my burger because of an allergy and she responded with "your allergic to tomatoes? Okay I'll try not to kill you". Then we pulled up to the window and my wife kindly let them know that that was very rude and unprofessional and they laughed at us and started cussing behind the window. Then I tried saying thank you and got the window slammed in my face. Any time I've tried to go there they also mess up my order with the same staff. This is my first time ever leaving a review like this because of how dumb founded I was at this experience. This NEEDS to be taken care of and addressed. I recommend avoiding this place until it has been resolved.

I feel like there needs to be a proper training of all the young adults that work at this location. Just ordered in the drive thru, and my husband and I ordered a burger. We had asked for no tomato as my husband is allergic and the young lady on the intercom said, “oh you’re allergic? Well make sure not to kill you” very very unprofessional. I nicely mentioned to the person at the window that it had made us uncomfortable, and barely got a response and when we said thank you for the food, we did not get a response and heard cursing behind the window. I get kids having fun, I worked in fast food as a teenager, but that is completely uncalled for. Do better

Mark the manager runs this place poorly. I would highly recommend not to go eat at this place. It’s a joke these people messed my order up just not once but multiple times. It’s like they don’t take there job seriously and don’t care. Again I would highly recommend eating

I just want to say thank you for bringing my childhood memories back to me. I am in my 60's but seeing large groups of seniors coming in to eat was really cool to see.
