“I hadn't been to BackBurner in a couple of years, so I decided to stop by during a recent trip to Prescott Valley. I went for breakfast the first day, and it was outstanding. I ordered Belgian waffle with a blueberry pie filling type of topping, thick sliced bacon, and 2 eggs. The next time was lunch, and I ordered a French dip with a side salad. Other side options are beer battered onion rings, fries, sweet potato fries, soup, potato salad, and cole slaw. The portions were generous, and the food was delicious. The service was very good and the atmosphere was pleasant.“

“It’s just a quaint Family lace and the food is excellent and with a price asked for. Better than IHop or Denny’s by far. And the staff is so friendly, like good family you haven’t seen in a while. Even if you were there yesterday, they make the experience the Best, just like the first. I’d say Best in Town!“

“Maggie’s is my new fav for a sit down meal. Servers are like an old friend & the atmosphere is like walking into my favorite cafe in the northern states where we’re from. Plus, it’s a quiet place to meet a friend coffee.“
