Bigger guy in a red hoodie was extremely rude, not only to us, but to his fellow employees. He was toxic towards his coworkers. Don’t like to see negative energy in the workplace, seemed like he was on a power trip. Love chic fil a, employees are all friendly except for him. Wish he didn’t bring everyone down.
Bad customer service when I come in to pick up delivery orders , in mornings when no one is inside the staff aren't around when they are they aren't focused on the front and your standing their for a few minutes until someone notices you .. the customer service has gone downhill at this place ..

last week i came for strips and a sandwich. before i left i saw there was no sandwich in the bag so i went back in for it. they didn’t apologize for their mistake. i get home and there are no strips just nuggets. i give them another shot today and order strips and i get home and there are yet again no strips, just nuggets. very frustrating, they need to stop trying to rush people through so fast and actually verify orders

They do a fabulous job at this location. Yummy, warm food, orders are correct. Tables are clean, they also offer great deals and rewards in the app!
There was a guy getting pregnant orders and we were only people in the drive through. I like mindlessly having time to stare at the menu to figure out what I want. So having to look at a beat up laminated menu made me feel rushed. The manager type guy was friendly enough and handed us our food. Didn't realize they got the order wrong until we got where we were going. The waffle fries were hot and good. I wanted a #1 and got a grilled chicken sandwich. The bun felt too dense and overall was dry. Chic fil a isn't my go to place usually anyway.
