I have been going to Chick-fil-A in Prescott Valley for over four years. I usually get breakfast, five days a week. David and Valerie run a great restaurant. Everyone that works there are great. I know I’m going to get great service and great food and drink, every time I go. Love the lunch and dinner there too.
The food was excellent, hot and fresh. The guy in the drive-thru was very rude. We don't eat there very often, and he was getting inpatient and snappy with us because we asked for the menu. I could understand if they were busy and a long line trying to be in a hurry, but it was just us in the line no one in front of us nore anyone behind us.

We got a chicken sandwich and a milkshake. The milkshake knocked my socks off. Chocolate with cookie crumbles… wow. I’ve been to other chic-fil-a’s and gotten a few milkshakes before but this one hit different and hit deep - it was divine. Whoever made it is a gift from above, they hand spun this thing with love and determination. Thank you for your service milkshake guy! (I asked and his name was Ryan)
