We went to this location, we are from East Valley down in Chandler. We have been to this location before.. I believe since they opened and we have to say it’s been disappointing lately. We walked in and saw a big line, (it’s normal) ? people love chipotle! Once we started to order we saw they had no brown rice, no black beans no safrita. No steak, we finally got to the end of the line to pay. They had no chips at this point we were kind of over the fact that they didn’t have much. We got our drinks, they didn’t have any Coke and the ice was over filled on the tray. The had no hot sauce I had to ask for some. The bathroom had no toilet paper ? someone needs to really fix this place. All the people seemed annoyed that they had nothing. I will not be stopping at this place anymore.

To be honest, i really do like chipotle. But this location always has a dirty line. They never mix the food to make it look more appetizing and its never clean. Its decent food. The service makes it seem like they are assigned to a certain station and you have to wait for the 1st section person to get to the front before you can be helped as the 2nd section person is waiting and just staring around instead of taking the lead and knocking down the line. I only ever go after 12pm so maybe it's different in the morning but i think they could make some major improvements so everyone has a great experience.

Brown rice in veggie burrito not cooked. Ruined the burrito for my husband as he couldnt avoid the rice . Good flavor in pintos and guac It was hard and dry. Chicken salad good. All ingredients flavorful.

We were there 2 weeks ago, we ordered the chicken El Pastor and chips they told us that the chip were only for call-ins. ?. So we took our food ate in. Once home we were both sick! The tables were dirty! The floors were a mess! I highly don't recommend this place! Or eat at your own risk! ??

Mold on tortilla for kids quesadilla. Staff annoyed because we asked for tortilla out of a new package. Young girl rolled her eyes saying it was just one. They didn't catch it, looked at the mold at put cheese over it. Thank goodness I saw it. Also, often out of items, rice this visit. We left. Poor Management.

I would give zero stars if possible. They are constantly out of everything and refuse to cook more food. They allow people to wait in GIANT lines to get up and be told they are out of half of the menu. They stop making food 2-3 hours before they close. This was of my favorite places but I can never get any food because THEY STOP COOKING IT.

This place was excellent in the first few years. Was under great leadership. Now the place just a mess, food never fresh, out of food, no clean tables, dining room floor trashed. Don’t see how it passes inspection. Please bring back the chipotle that was first introduced to us.

Shameful service. I ordered online, and the manager said they waited to make my food until I got there. They were out of a numb of stuff, and wanted to make sure the substitutions were okay. Annoying, but okay. Then she said they couldn't refund me because i ordered online. They were out of chips, and offered me extra tortillas instead. Who TF eats plain tortillas?! What a joke.
