The crew is usually lacking in efficiency by not restocking the napkins, straws, utensils, lemonades and sometimes even TP and paper towels in the bathroom. This has happened many times over the past few years and I just went in a recently around 8:30pm and they were out of most meat, cheese, sour cream and lettuce..... 🤷 I ended up finding somewhere else to eat. Not a well managed location because I never have these problems at the Prescott Chipotle. I will update this to...

So I don't actually eat here much - I don't like cilantro, but I still have to give it 5 stars. The food is good, the service is good, and the restaurant area always seems very clean.
