“I frequently stop here on my way to work to get drinks for myself and my paraprofessionals. The drinks are so good and the service is amazing. The staff greet customers with a smile and are quick to get orders filled. I have found so many new favorite drinks simply by asking what they would recommend based on my preferences. My kids also love their fancy lemonades with blended colors and glitter.“
“favored olive oils and balsamic vinegars were wondeful but they didn't offer a "tasting" or explanation/pairing . prices not posted and seem to vary on the whim of people working there. service was poor and we would have spent more $$ if they bothered to care about customers (we were the only people there at 11 am and all tables were "reserved" for 5 pm Valentine's Day patrons- and 4 staff members sat in back. did even get up off the chair to answer questions. the cashier was only nice person“

“The glassford hill starbucks team is hands down, the absolute BEST team!!! Jorge, Riley and the whole crew are the MOST amazing group of people! I would leave 10 stars if I could! These wonderful employees have taken the time to get know me, remember my order (its very specific) and make me honestly feel like family. I go back everyday, and will continue to go back just for the crew! They even made sure I signed up for the app so that I didn't miss out on all the discounts and free stuff I can get! “They make drinks quicker than the other Starbucks, but not always correct. For whatever reason the drinks taste better here than the ones on glassford/in frys. ??♀️ What that's about. They're just better. Better tasting, but a bigger chance of an incorrect order so it evens out?“

“It's always our coffee stop when we're up in Prescott. super fast service, staff is always friendly. Location is easy and convenient. Even in a large RV no need to get out of your vehicle for coffee. The area around the location is always clean and easy to get in out. Except for the construction on the main street.“
