If I'm going to pay top dollar for lunch, I expect to be waited on. First time here, I finally asked how it worked. Afterwards I get my own menu and get my own table. Then I go to a corner where I order my food, as instructed. The cashier wanted a tip. I tip if I receive good service, and not before. I pick up my own food then drinks. I get my own utensils, glass, condiments. My burger pattie was tasteless, and so was my husband's. The smoked beans had good flavor, but the sweet beans were too thick as if overcooked. Not recommended at all. Go to Lazy Gs, or El Gato instead. Don't waste $40 dollars on a terrible experience.

While this place has excellent customer service I I found that their food was not up to the expectations that they seem to present with the way that the establishment looks. Their burgers were dry and their brisket was also dry.

We hosted our work holiday dinner at Colt Grill, and the experience was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Everyone was friendly, and Robert, the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend Colt Grill for any occasion!

Love the food at this place. The Brisket is top-notch. Several different homemade BBQ sauces from mild to extra hot. The smokey flavored beans with brisket were absolutely great and very flavorable.

My daughter got the bbq chicken sandwich, again top notch and delicious. Even the picles were the best. Texas toast was grilled and went perfect with the brisket.

My other daughter and wife had the fish and chips, which were crispy, fresh, and flaky with crispy french fries. It was a perfect fish and chips for a meat centered bbq place.

We had the peach cobbler and root boot float for dessert. They both came with premium vanilla ice cream. The peach cobbler was excellent, tasted like it was cooked in a dutch oven over an open fire, and big enough to share. .

The rootbeer float was one of the best we had. Highly recommend this place. We make a pount to go there every time we go to Prescott Valley or Prescott. They have two locations.

Vegetarian options: Salad, cole slaw, toast, and fries and one vegetarian main dish. There are not alot of vegetarian friendly. They do have a childs grilled cheese. However, it was a nice size house salad . The cranberry vinaigrette was tasty.

Kid-friendliness: There were plenty of kids there.

Stopped here to eat on our way out of town. The set up is awesome and even though we missed the rush when the rush came the line went quickly. Brisket was amazing and ribs were flavorful. Thanks for having us!
