The server also acted as our host this evening & sat us immediately. He was kind and efficient & there wasn't a time when we needed something and he wasn't there. But he wasn't hovering either, which is also nice.Always a good experience. Haven't been let down once.Ended up coming to eat this evening because WZ Asain Bistro turned us away 30 min before closing. What a shame.Thanks for saving the day, Chili's!
I recently took my family out for dinner and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, my 3-year-old daughter was having a meltdown because she was hungry. However, the staff, particularly Steven and the hostess (whose name I unfortunately do not know), were incredibly attentive and understanding.They immediately noticed my daughter's distress and went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. Well, our waitress took our order without a pad. She forgot my mozzarella sticks. We had also ordered 8 wings. The chicken wings were delivered after our food, and I had to ask about the mozzarella sticks.The mashed potatoes were dry and didn't taste like they should.
