When their busy...all bets are off. Gotta say the word FROZEN i guess with the new coffees. Asked for the new pecan coffee and they wanted to know if I wanted cream and sugar. Don't sell the new frozen coffees here I guess? One person working the whole store and I didn't have the patience to be told I'll be helped a third time. This location is good for one simple coffee order when they're slow.

We've been going to this Dunkin' donuts for years and I grow up on Dunkin' Donuts. This location, probably all of them, have been steadily declining over the last year's. I might as well just go get donuts from the grocery store because they're going to be better quality.
