Limited seating if you are not using the drive-through, but the drinks are worth it every time, I especially enjoy the cotton candy shake during Spring & Summer, & the Autumn Berry lemonade during Autumn. Every staff member has been beyond friendly every time.
I had high expectations after a visit to a Prescott location of Dutch Bros that was exceptionally good. The Prescott Valley location offered very good service as opposed to the knock your socks off service I had experienced before. But the coffee wasn't anything special in Prescott Valley. Disappointing.

Customer service has always been great at this location, on Hwy 69, and I’ve rarely had a bad coffee which I also count as a plus. If I’ve ever had a drink that didn’t taste quite right, they’ve fixed it without any bad facial expressions...
