The service in the drive through was stellar and accommodating. Food is great though I think the company has changed something with marinade, chicken quality or grilling. I do appreciate their healthier way of food.
With El Pollo Loco being new in town, of course we had to try it. Now you need to know we visited it about a month ago and I forgot to write my review at that time. Sorry for the delay. We ordered the 8 piece meal with mashed potatoes and corn. We really liked the taste of the chicken. However, it was not cut up the way it is pictured. We received very small pieces almost like the regular size pieces were cut in half. The potatos had very little gravy. Maybe some day we will try...
The Chipotle burrito is really good but can do w/o the cabbage. Service is still a little on the slow side and the atmosphere inside is kind of boring but otherwise glad to have El Pollo Loco here.
