Pretty good for a twenty four hour drive through mexican place. There's no ambiance because you don't go in, but that's not important when you're just grabbing food to take home!
Erickbertos opened about 6 mos to 1 year ago. They have THE best rice and beans. Their food is VERY good and they even have a drive-thru.
It is on the far North side of Prescott Valley. It makes it really quick & convenient to pick up if you live on the Northside.
The prices are reasonable for the generous portions they serve. Plus the servers are always very friendly.

Just took my son here and we both loved their carne asada burritos. I have to say it was the best I have had in a long time. We'll be coming back for sure! Nice covered outdoor seating with a view of Mingus Mountain. Friendly staff. They also have tasty horchata too!
