Think it's time to close permanently
Dropped by for lunch today. Sign on the door stated they were closed down by the health dept. since June 6th.
We have gone to Firehouse Subs 2 days in a row and Martin and his crew were there both nights. We put in an online order for 5 of us. They were fairly busy the first night and they still made our subs with some love and efficiency. Those Subs were amazing, there were no left overs and everyone left full and happy. Martin and his crew were super friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and made sure everything was made with so much love. You could tell they knew what they were doing. The second day we had another online order for 5 people. Again, Martin and his crew went above and beyond to make sure our experience was amazing. We had great conversation and again, the Subs were perfect. We will definitely be back and I hope Martin and his crew are there again. You don't get service like that many places anymore. Thank you Martin and crew, you were amazing!!

Well while i was waiting for my food order to go one of the employees was taking a break and vapping inside the restaurant .

For a place that's supposed to be representing first responders they sure send the wrong messages by ripping their employees off on their pay and then they don't receive their tips so where do they go the owners pocket

If I could give 0 star rating I would. 30+ minutes for 2 sandwiches on a slow Sunday afternoon. Walked in there was 2 people who already had their food and one couple ahead of me. They ordered, then I ordered, we both sat for about 20 minutes they got their food, I sit and wait another 10-15 minutes before getting mine. Meanwhile 8+ customers walk in, place and order and get their food before me. Absolutely terrible business practice. They also had no pickles and only had wheat bread to serve on a Sunday. Whoever is in charge needs to wake up and fix their issues. Paying $30 and waiting over 30 minutes for 2 mediocre sandwiches is just insane.

This store is going downhill fast. They have been advertising a new sandwich for 3 weeks. Been in several times and they always say they don't have it. Here tonight and had to pick my 4th choice because they are out of metaballs, chicken, brisket, beef, you name it. Every customer also seem to be going not with their first choice. So got the absolute smallest sandwich I have ever had the displeasure of spending $10 on, totally skimped on meat. I didn't want to believe what others were saying, but it's true. Hopefully corporate sees this and makes changes.

First time at a firehouse subs, everything was perfect, until the cashier told us not to give any tips because they all go to the OWNER, paychecks are hard to get cashed, owner lives in Texas and just sponges of these subshops and takes his employers tips. Almost don't believe this guy donates extremely low if anything at all to first responders. I told them to get ahold of the better business bureau and walk out of that place and never come back, and I'm thinking of it myself, tired of greedy business owners thinking theyll never get in trouble for how they treat people. Mr. Owner, you suck and I hope you lose your business
