Every time I try this place they never make my drink right. I recently had them make me a peanut power and the employee just kept adding more yogurt (dumping calories) into it? Not to mention the customer service is horrible and the owner is rude and unprofessional. I will never get a smoothie from this place again!
I was just at Robeks, one of my favorite places, I had spent $10 on a medium berry beneficial with whey protein and Greek yogurt. It didn’t taste right, so I called the store to speak to one of the smoothie experts to ask if she made my drink, she said yes, I told her it didn’t taste the way it always does, and I asked her why it didn’t go into a large cup since I added extra yogurt and protein to my drink.
