I ordered 9 combo meals for my staff working the night shift around 11 PM, just an hour before closing. The person taking my order was very polite and accommodating. I know it was a large order and close to closing time, but the entire night shift crew handled everything with great attitudes. Everyone was smiling, friendly, and worked quickly to get the order prepared promptly.

I made a mobile order, I ordered 3 sets of fries and only got one. I ordered bacon on my burger and didn’t get it. Sauces had slits in the lids.

However, there have been issues with order accuracy, as the store sometimes messes up the order. The restaurant seems to have high staff turnover.
