People here care about what they do. I love this place. It’s pretty darn good too.
The store in Prescott Valley was absolutely disgusting!!! The bathrooms were vomit inducing, the playground had food all over the floor, wrappers shoved into the netting, dust EVERYWHERE.... The food was just thrown together like the employees didn't have a dang care in the world at all... Only positive thing was the cashier was actually polite and professional.. CLEAN YOUR STORE UP!!! IT'S AN INSULT TO FAST FOOD!!!! (Coming from a manager of another food franchise)

Del Taco has received mixed reviews. One customer, trying a burger at this Mexican fast food restaurant, found the fries to be expensive and not enjoyable, leading to a $32 lunch bill that they considered high. However, their son raved about the burger. The Carne Asada Street Tacos are delicious and a great quick snack. While the restrooms and floors are the dirtiest seen at a Del Taco location, it remains a spot for a guilty pleasure fast-food Mexican lunch. Management works very hard to try and keep all employees happy. It seems there may have been changes in management or service at this location.
