The store in Prescott Valley was absolutely disgusting!!! The bathrooms were vomit inducing, the playground had food all over the floor, wrappers shoved into the netting, dust EVERYWHERE.... The food was just thrown together like the employees didn't have a dang care in the world at all... Only positive thing was the cashier was actually polite and professional.. CLEAN YOUR STORE UP!!! IT'S AN INSULT TO FAST FOOD!!!! (Coming from a manager of another food franchise)

The food was great and we loved their 4th of July drink! We have little kids and the play place was perfect and it was nice and cool in there during the heat! But our favorite part was the service. Those guys in there are so nice and hospitable- it's been rare to find good customer service and we found it here! Everyone was smiling at us and accommodated us with our kiddos! Special shout out to Corey, he treated us so kindly! We will be back!

I usually get a crunchtada, 1/2lb bean & cheese burrito, and either a del taco or fish taco, so im a pretty good judge of how those items should look and taste.
On this visit I had my usual combo with a del taco.
The crunchtada hardly had any beans. There was approximately a half inch of tostada shell showing all the way around.
