If I could do no stars I would I order the simplest bacon cheese burger. After waiting 20 minutes to get my food I went back to my house to eat my meal and the burger was wrong. I then went back to have them fix the mistake and after another 20 minutes they made it wrong again only this time it was cold and soggy. Worst place in Prescott Valley hands down and that’s hard to do with terrible service everywhere you go.

I haven't had Five Guys in a while and been to different locations before. I don't know what happened, because all I got were fries and a milkshake. The food was decent (the fries were too salty for my taste). But 2 hours later, I kept running to the bathroom and now have food poisoning. This was the only thing I had for dinner too! I will never come here again!

The new location in Prescott valley's manager and staff are friendly, efficient and outstanding. The food was hot, the meat was cooked perfectly, and oh yah there famous french fries were hot without any overcooked crispy pieces
