First of all, they need to reupholster their booth seats. They're pretty bad. Second of all, the service could be better, but the waitress was alone last night. It's just that it took a bit for her to greet us and a crazy long time for her to take our food order. The group of 6 boys that came after us actually got their food before we were even able to order. I was telling the waitress about our long wait, but she decided to give me a little attitude about it. ...

The food was incredibly good, and our server, Heidi K., was very attentive. We had the best breakfast we'd had on our entire 3 day trip to Prescott at this IHOP. Kudos to the Heidi for her sweet smile and positive attitude!
