Gone downhill. Used to be good. Last sandwich I got the girl just soaked it with vinegar. Save yourself the money

Seriously $40 for a big sub and a small sub is insane plus they rush you and make you uncomfortable when you're ordering your sandwich cuz everybody's in a hurry then they ask if you want to leave a tip you're joking right for that price I can go out to eat and get waited on by someone that's nice

The staff at this location is an abysmal crew. Slow service, unprofessional with customers. It wasn’t even busy and I waited for quite a bit while the staff struggled to figure out how to ring up customers and make sandwiches. There was even a staff member who took a break to hang out with his overly clingy looking girlfriend in the lobby while people are waiting for service. I counted six employees working and 4 people waiting for food. Not a well oiled machine. Go to the Five Guys next door instead. They have it together over there.

I placed an online order on January 16 at the Glassford Hill Jersey Mike’s, scheduled for 12:00 PM pickup. Due to a professional learning day, the store was extremely busy with walk-ins and online orders, and the staff was clearly unprepared for the volume.
My order was not ready at noon and still hadn’t been started by 12:45, at which point I had to leave. An employee told me the order would be canceled and refunded, but as of February 10, the $16.42 charge has not been refunded. Attempts to resolve this by phone were brushed off, and management was unavailable.
I’ve been a loyal Jersey Mike’s customer for over 10 years in Arizona and Colorado, and have never had a bad experience until now. Since locations are individually owned and operated, this review applies only to this store. The customer service and leadership at Glassford Hill are disappointing. I recommend choosing a different Jersey Mike’s location.

I ordered the sandwich that makes them famous and they gave me just ham. It took forever for the sandwich to be ready when the order was placed in advance.

I’m a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s subs. This is the first time I’ve ever second guessed my choice on where to eat. The place was an absolute wreck. Food, gloves, and tissues all over the kitchen floor. Absolutely disgusting. Do better.

Cruise through here yesterday to grab lunch for my family and absolutely the best staff delicious sandwiches made to order everything was correct they double-checked things asked twice if they were unsure and as we ordered a lot of different styles different sandwiches they were fantastic quick my family was fed and we appreciate you y'all!!

Best subs hand down there are many subs in our town but these are the best they cut the meat right there they're girls behind the counter are very sweet great customer service food is always fresh and I've never had one order issue and we actually order very modified subs for our business employees so we appreciate you guys thanks for all you do

I used to love this place I ordered tonight per door dash I got my food it was awful swimming in liquid and just gross I tried calling to tell someone and no response not my dashers fault my sandwich was soaked in the vingerette... seriously with what you charge ... like I had to dump out vinger out of the package. Gross 🤢
