I recently have had a few bad experiences at the Prescott store - really pathetic sandwiches with hardly any meat or cheese - about ¼" and minimal vegetables. This had happened 3 times in a row so thought I would try the new Prescott Valley location. This location was no different - puny sandwiches. It's very sad to see what has happened to this chain and what they serve at a ridiculous price. Their food today is not what it used to be.

I hardly ever review franchises because one location may be stellar and the others might be horrible, but….. I felt compelled to share my extreme pleasure of this location with everyone. First of all, I’m SO happy that we finally have a location in Prescott Valley and not just Prescott. I’ve always enjoyed Jersey Mikes subs, so I was very excited that a new location was opened around the corner from my home. Every single time I’ve gone into this location, every single employee has been above and beyond with being pleasant, friendly, and you can tell they really enjoy being there. I always get the club sub Mikes Way with extra Mayo and it’s always perfect. Not to mention the bathrooms and dining room are always clean. I just wanted to thank the employees here for making every experience here a memorable one in a good way, even though it’s “just” a sub shop ?

New placeSandwich was delicious.Parking: It's near Five Guys after Jimmy John's sandwich went next door and had a Vanilla Shake. Then onto Movie theatre.
I'm so freaking disgusted. I ordered the Italian sub, it came soggy from oil. Lettuce was brown. I can hold the sandwich paper up and oil runs off it. I called and was told sorry next time you can get a free one. Hmm what about my dinner tonight.

Did a order on the app for pickup on Dec 23rd got home and had 3 of my 5 subs were wrong. I asked for 3 minis instead I got way less than minis. I've gone on the app and website more than once to ask for help and only given a ticket number, nobody gets back to me. So spent $50+ that day to have to make extra sandwiches at home, and it seems I'll never get a response

Took 20 minutes to order 2 sandwiches (only 2 people ahead of me). I ordered a turkey sandwich. The sandwich maker tried giving me a tune sandwich. When I stated that was not what I had ordered, he said, "Are you sure? You said tuna." 3x I had to repeat my order. I tried to be understanding that it is a new store, new employees, etc. Yet I should not have to repeat my order 3x to finally get what I ordered in the first place.
