Sandwiches were very skimpy. Only 3 thin slices of ham, minimal cheese on the Pepe. Only 4 slices of meat on the Country Club. The drive thru wait was very long for 4 people working in there. Wow! We won't go back!

They remade a sandwitch for me for free yesturday. Everything was clean and spotless.

Update: New Menu sucks. Less choices & higher prices.
Employee kids were more concerned with enforcing the mask policy than making the sandwich like it was ordered. Even after telling them to remake it and follow the order they still didn't do it right.

Terrible service overpriced sandwiches .

Ordered a Pepe (delivery) and lost my appetite halfway through the sandwich because of how disgusting it was.

The bread was hard, burnt, and tasted stale. Lettuce was wilted, there was literally zero mayonnaise on the sandwich, the cheese was hard and gross, and the ham was dry and stale as well. The whole sandwich overall was hard, stale, gross, and very very dry. There was also a strong flavor over the whole sandwich that just straight up tasted expired, if that makes sense.

I have given this particular Jimmy Johns multiple chances because I absolutely love Jimmy johns, however this was the last time I will order from this one. I don't know what they're doing in their kitchen but it giving Jimmy John's as a company a bad name.

Rude staff , and in clean staff , one female had a huge hickey on her neck and not using gloves when making sandwiches ..

Ordered and waited forever even though I was the only one in there. Teens running the place. When I asked for napkins I was ignored.

$11.00 for a roast beef sandwich, all I can say is where's the beef. Bread was hard, maybe day old. Won't go back.

Food soso over priced, but staff very friendly

Just went to Jimmy John's. Very disappointed for first time visit. Ordered ham and cheese sub. The sub had very little meat in it for the price. Another thing is any sub shop worth talking about has the option of hot pepper relish or hot sauce which it didn't. For the high price that I was charged I was expecting a little bit more. Needless to say that I will not be back.
