Whoever the guy who preps the food, is extremely rude.
I got a 2 sandwiches tonight. Beach club. And a plain one. My daughter and I split the beach club. She took two bites and spit it out saying something was bad. I grabbed my half took a bite and spit it out. Something was clearly spoiled. It was so bad. Left us with a chemical taste in our mouths.
I walked in a few minutes later saying I’m not sure what’s wrong with the sandwich but I think it’s rancid. Cashier “oh no” food prep guy “I make this fresh every day. No it’s not” cashier “could we make you another?” No thank you something is wrong with the ingredients. Food prep guy “no there’s not you can have another sandwhich I’m not giving money back when I know it’s not bad”
I asked him to not be rude to me after he continued to argue with me and told me I just wasn’t used to their “spices”. I said nope I’ve gotten this same one many times. He finally begrudgingly offered a credit would not give my cash back though. What a waste.

Shout out to our local Jimmy John's here in prescott valley. Our holiday party was a success and partially due to the delicious assortment of individually wrapped sandwiches. Professional and easy ..we placed our order in advance and picked up our order that was ready as promised! We just moved to Arizona but always ordered from our Jimmy John's back in Illinois! We highly recommend this location for your entertaining needs or just a quick lunch! A+

Tonight I went into Jimmy John’s with my daughter. She is a young toddler so first I took her to the bathroom, immediately I realized the young girl working giving me horrible looks. I brushed it off & went to order. I said “I’d like 2 JJBLT’s” she responded very rudely with “well let’s just start with one”. Then when she handed me my cup, I didn’t hear what she said (I am hard of hearing & didn’t have my hearing aids) so I said “sorry what was that?” She threw her hands up & said “I literally just said here’s your cup”. The other two people working were not rude to me, the older gentleman working was extremely kind. But this young girl & her attitude problem was ridiculous from start to finish & I will not be returning due to her attitude.

Ordered a turkey Tom..... Was charged a turkey Tom...... Was handed a sub with 3 slices of turkey in it...... So disappointed my family and I love Jimmy subs. Service was fast and friendly but this was such a let down and very peeved I paid so much for so little

Quick update: just took a bite..... The turkey is sour. Like not being kept at proper holding temps for too long sour.
Before anyone asks what makes me so sure....
I have worked in kitchens and deli's for almost 20yrs. Deli meats are my specialty.

I need to go back and try to get a refund

The pic is supposed to be a double meat double cheese sub....... paid almost $15 for this....... what a joke

Ok so we tried again........ ordered 3 subs and 1 combo...... this is all we got someone please explain how these 2 subs plus a med drink was $49.72?!?!

I have always been treated with courtesy at jimmy Johns. The staff always make my sandwich correctly and service is with a smile.

Unbelievably cheap...u pay 10 $ fir a sandwich w a tablespoon if tuna. When I asked to taste before buying a sandwhixh..THE MAN STUCK HIS FINGER IN THE TUB OF TUNA AND HANDED IT TO ME TO TAKE OFF HIS FINGER!!!! Everyone saw it.
When I asked why the hek I was paying 10 dollars for bread ..he looked at it and sd ..we'll maybe it's not a full scoop. Omg..never ever again. Rather go to FIREHOUSE OR S
SOMEWHERE ELSE.. not worth the money and they charge alot if u just want a little more tuna or meat. Really very sad.

***UPDATE*** I did go to the website to report and you never responded to corporate or reached out to me. Corp said they would send something in the mail but that was week ago and nothing has arrived. I will take my business elsewhere and highly recommend anyone eating here check your orders thoroughly before leaving. The owners do not care about their regular customers!!

This is the SECOND time we have gotten wrong food and this time, didn't get one of the sandwiches we ordered. Jordan "the manager" said we need proof we didn't get the sandwich. How do you prove you didn't get something? I took a picture of what we did get, sent the receipt back as well. She said "it happens sometimes". This is the second time in a month. The drink we ordered was an inche from the top of the cup. I didn't even get a replacement last time because we bought lunch to take to a friend's. Sad yet another favorite place in the area that we won't be doing business with anymore due to poor service and bad management.

Sandwiches are smaller than other locations and not made as requested. My order was ready but nobody let me know so I was waiting for a while before finally going up to the counter to ask. Also, a chain asking for a tip is ridiculous.. Hey Jimmy, pay your employees a fair wage!
