Not freaky fast by any means! I waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru with only two cars ahead of me. I had to repeat my order several times when placing it and it was still wrong when I got home with it and sloppily put together. First time at this location and was very disappointed considering the cost of the order. We love Jimmy John's but this store left much to be desired.

This place reminds me of why I don't go out to places such as this. I order a 16 tuna, lettuce, tomato, cheese. Asked for spicy mustard, pepper, and oregano. With a half dozen people working there, it's decided to put some poor girl with some kind of inability to actually speak for some reason or another. Then I'm unable to order my sandwich as I wrote unless I choose a Jimmy name sandwich. Now I'm told that this "sandwich" shop doesn't have spicy mustard or pepper. Really? Let's move on, after I spend almost 22.00 on this tuna sub, I have to go home and pull the cucumbers off of it that I didn't ask for and don't like while putting on my own mustard and pepper. You may have swindled me out of that $21.24. But never again.

All of their sandwiches are delicious! The ingredients are very consistent.

Usually, I have no problems with the employees or the food, even when the wait times are long - I get it. Yet today, when I went for the first time in a little while, I got a #17 on wheat and a regular #12. For whatever reason, the #12 was TINY. The sandwich itself was 1/3 of the size it usually is and for $12??? Really? I will not be going back as long as they increase their prices and skimp the food. The order total was $23 for two small sandwiches...

Drive thru Prescott Valley. Order taker yawned twice while I was ordering. Not interested at all at the window! I was greeted with skull rings, green messy long hair and no smile. You can do better JJ’s.Good news, my sandwich was delicious but would have liked a napkin.

Worker was rude, order was incorrect and when trying to get it corrected he said we were wrong that it doesn't come with cheese and we specifically ordered it with provolone. Never once smiled. This was our first visit and might be our last as we spent 35.00 no receipt. DISSATISFIED WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS. CALLING MANAGEMENT to see if they care as that employee was the worst.

The store is like a thin sliver. It's almost like you're making food in the back alley. None of the employees were interested in any slightest bit in making a sandwich or doing any work. Nor would they look you in the eyes. The end result was good, it was a good sandwich. I will give them that. It looked like they all freaking headed their job.

If I can get 1 person to not go here this review is worth it. Go to Jersey, Mike's or Firehouse, the quality is OK at best. They expect a tip and they don't follow the directions. We don't have what we ordered. I asked for the order to go. And they weren't even willing to put it in the bag themselves. They wanted me to reach over-the-counter. Grab a bag, put my food in it and then leave. I just it's just not a good place. Go somewhere else.

Every single time, they either forget part of my order, or get it wrong. They get an attitude if you don’t tip when ordering at the counter.

i delivered jimmy johns and they sent it to the wrong house the first time. So i politely called and asked what the status was and they said it was delivered to a house which has christmas lights. i told them mine didn’t and it was at the wrong house and they said it would be resolved not to worry. I waited and then i received a message saying it was delivered and I was sitting outside and knew it clearly wasn’t delivered there again. The guy i talked to at first was nice and understanding about it all but then he let me talk to the owner who dropped it off and he had a very irritated tone with me… trust me I was too being that I was hungry and really just wanted my Jimmy Johns. He snapped at me and said this was ridiculous. I agreed and told him i just wanted my food that i payed for and asked what i could do from there. They told me there was nothing they could do for me and I would have to reach out to doordash. In the end i got Jersey Mikes and was highly satisfied. I would save yourself the hassle and just go there instead. I don’t know where the owner gets off at talking to people like that. I myself work in fast food and would NEVER talk to someone in that way. If i could give half a star I probably still wouldn’t even give it to them.

The person who took our order was less than welcoming, he mumbled and seemed to have an “attitude”. He sounded like we were an inconvenience. At the window he was no more personable. We had apparently misinterpreted the “combo” description and when we asked about it, the person offered a curt response making it sound like it was our responsibility to have understood. He handed us our order with minimal effort. He offered no clarification saying that if we didn’t ask for something, they don’t offer or suggest anything. He then offered to add the item we thought was included for what seemed to be an outrageous extra charge which we declined because the original charge was already very costly considering what we had ordered.
